Some themes that may arise in this blog may range from the highly practical (tips for mindfulness practice or navigating PMDD) to the dreamy (how can we reimagine the world to be a more nurturing place for all) to the fun, soul lifting (what is bringing my heart joy these days). So, it will likely be a sprinkling of everything here.
